Cancellation Policy

Our natural soaps may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-one in gratitude for your donation. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Donation Subscriptions

When you donate via a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries every 2 months (even-numbered months: Feb-Apr-Jun-Aug-Oct-Dec). 

• Heart & Hands Every Other Month (EOM) Donors - you will receive 2 natural soaps every other month (shipping included) until you cancel the donation through your online account with us. Because of the discounted pricing and the receipt of 2 soaps and shipping fees, you may pause, edit, or cancel your subscription after 2 deliveries.
  
  
• Heart & Hands VIP Donors - you will receive 2 natural soaps every other month (shipping included) for 1 year. You will be charged for the initial donation only. This subscription does not auto-renew.
  
  
• Try-One! Donors - you will receive 1 natural soap (shipping included). You will be charged for the initial donation only. This is not a subscription and will not auto-renew.
