Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately online or via email at Hello@freshhealthacademy.org. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to try to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund because of the nature of beauty products (natural soaps). If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will attempt to make it right. 🤎
